Michael Gialousis, D.C. - Chiropractor
Michael Gialousis D.C. is a third generation native of Tarpon Springs, where he currently resides with his wife and son. Dr. Gialousis was introduced to the Chiropractic field at an early age when an injury to his lower back afforded him the opportunity to see first hand the effectiveness of treating such injuries solely with Chiropractic care. Throughout his his education at the University of South Florida, where he received his Bachelors of Science, he continued to be treated under Chiropractic care, and grasped a more comprehensive understanding of the biomechanics of the treatment that he had been receiving over the last couple of years. It was at this time he realized he needed to pursue a career as a practitioner of health in this field. After graduation, he went on to study at Palmer College of Chiropractic, the oldest and arguably the most prestigious Chiropractic college on Earth. His post graduate career was highlighted by a trip to Vietnam through Palmer's mission abroad program where he was given the opportunity to treat hundreds of patients armed only with the Chiropractic adjustment. Today Dr. Gialousis practices in our Holiday office, treating all forms of injuries that detriment the biomechanics of the spine, while alleviating the symptoms that those injuries tend to present. "The multi disciplinary approach to care implemented in this office is second to none, and provides the most comprehensive form of care available to an injured patient today. " In his free time Dr. Gialousis enjoys teaching his son to fish and restoring classic cars.
